PANJAYA Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Panjaya Terms of Use (or any other agreement between you and Panjaya governing the use of the Service or Panjaya's other products and services) available on [please insert link] available here and applies to your access and use of the Service, Customer Content (including Input you provide to the Service and the Output generated it), whether as part of the Website and Platform or your use outside of them. Capitalized but undefined terms used in the AUP have the meanings set forth in the Panjaya Terms of Use.

You are prohibited from using the Service, Customer Content or Output to do or generate Output causing or which may cause any of the following (note that the below examples of prohibited conduct are not closed lists, and merely provided as examples):

1. Threats to minor safety
   • Generating sexualized or age-inappropriate content involving minors
   • Engaging in cyber-bullying;
2. Violate applicable laws
   • Including violating the privacy rights and Intellectual Property Rights of others
   • Generating defamatory Output
   • Promotion of illegal activities such as gambling, human trafficking and sex trafficking, illegal goods (such as arms) and dangerous and illegal substances and materials;
3. Unapproved promotions
   • Promoting pharmaceutical and medical products and services without Panjaya's prior written consent
   • Promoting regulated services and professions, including legal and accounting services, without Panjaya's prior written consent
   • Promoting religion and religious activities without Panjaya's prior written consent;
4. Fraud and deception
   • Use the Service or Output to defraud and deceive others,
   • Gaining unauthorized access to systems, information and locations (for example, the bank accounts of others),
   • Impersonate other persons for non-satirical purposes,
   • Generating and distributing spam in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and other applicable laws;
5. Violation of political integrity
   • Generating and distributing Output which may adversely effect democratic processes, including misleading voters about their right to vote, time, place or voting eligibility requirements, impersonating political candidates for non-satirical purposes and spreading political misinformation and fake news
   • Engaging in political advertisement and election campaigns without Panjaya's prior written consent;
6. Harmful content
   • Generating and distributing Output containing or encouraging religious and political extremism, terrorism, racist or hateful speech
   • Threatening, inciting or promoting violence against individuals or groups
   • Harassing other persons
   • Encouraging self-harm;
7. Medical disinformation
   • Denying existence of health conditions or claiming or exaggerating health conditions or side effects that do not exist;
8. Circumvention
   • Circumventing the technical and other safeguards set out by us or our Third Party Service providers meant to ensure adherence with the AUP and Third Party Service providers' equivalent usage policies, as applicable.

Enforcement of the AUP, including the determination whether a violation occurred, is at Panjaya's sole and absolute discretion, and failure to enforce it in one instance does not constitute a waiver to enforce it in other instances. You will promptly cease use or remove any Customer Content violating the AUP, and Panjaya has the right to promptly remove or delete any violating Customer Content from the Service in its sole discretion.
